cartoonist, has been drawing the weekly strip Those Who Can’t for the Victorian Secondary Teachers’ Association (now the AEU News ) since 1980 and the strips now also appear in the NSW teachers union Education , The Queensland Teachers’ Union Journal and, until 2002, The ACT Teacher . Three of her strips were included in Hysterical Women ’96: A collection of 100 Australian feminist cartoons (Perth: Women’s Electoral Lobby WA, 1996) and she won the Anne Hall Award sponsored by WEL (Vic). That illustrated under the award in the above catalogue had a woman teacher saying [caps] (1) “Now… I’ve given you pictures of 5 kids … an Aborigine, a Muslim, an Italian, a Greek and a Vietnamese…’ (2) “Now … what we are going to do is talk about respecting their differences”. (3) [Boy] “Hey! But Miss … they’re not different… (4) They’re all girls!” Other strips and gags, nearly all about teachers and pupils, were in the Bunker Gallery exhibition of works by nine contemporary Australian women cartoonists in 2002-3.

Harmer (p.98) illustrates Rosser’s 3-part Jules Ffeifer-style strip of two girls discussing menstruation and she has done freelance work for many other organisations. She was included in Barbary O’Brien’s The Cartoon Show (Noarlunga Community Arts Centre SA, July 1997) with 30+ other Australian cartoonists: Judy Horacek , David Pope (Heinrich Heinze), Rona Chadwick , Gaynor Cardew , Sue Wicks , Glen le Lievre, Michael Atchison, Peter Broelman, Angie Lyndon et al.
