illustrator, drew illustrations for Town and Country Journal , e.g. 'The Holidays in Australia’, 23 December 1882, 1231; 'Holiday Times around Coogee’, 27 January 1883, 169; 'St. Patrick’s Day Celebration’, 27 March 1886, 651. Is apparently the 'Tait’ who illustrated Bohemia . Also signed a cartoon of 'Sketches at the Diamond Jubilee Charity Carnival’, republished(?) in the supplement to the Chinese Australian Herald , 3 September 1897.
