cartoonist, contributed cartoons to the Bulletin in the late 1890s, eg At the Sydney Press Fair 26 August 1899, 15, possibly Proposed Coat of Arms for the Next Australian Eleven (made up mainly of money) 25 February 1899, 13, and perhaps Salvation Army cartoons and caricatures 11 Feb 1899. WAT doesn’t seem to be W.F. Falconer, who was there at the same time but is not much like.
