painter, exhibited Portrait of Fisherman at the Victorian Exhibition in 1872, when living in Sandridge Road, Melbourne, then showed it again at the 1873 London International Exhibition. He showed Portrait of Horse (Fisherman) at the 1875 Melbourne Intercolonial Exhibition – perhaps the same painting – when living at Princes Bridge, Melbourne.
