Oxley is best known as one of the principals of Roslyn Oxley9 Gallery, Sydney, founded in 1982 with Anthony Oxley. Prior to the gallery, she worked as an interior designer for Peddle Thorp and Walker (today PTW), Sydney and for the Raymond Loewy organisation, New York City.
