Wilson is a landscape architect working in Queensland. In Brisbane, she is considered an pioneer of landscape design on/in multi-storey buildings. After training, she joined the architecture practice of her husband, Blair M Wilson and Associates while continuing to work for other clients. She has also lectured and promoted the use of landscape design and planting.
