Part-time painter who exhibited a watercolour painting Hills, Upper Swan and an oil painting All Saints’ Church, Upper Swan in the Claude Hotchin Art Prize in 1949. Collins also exhibited oil paintings Lake Namagarin, Wanneroo and Red Hill, Middle Swan in the Art Competition at Art Gallery of Western Australia in 1950.
