William Kentridge’s five-channel video installation is a collaboration with Peter Galison, Catherine Meyburgh and Philip Miller.The Refusal of Time is in the State Art Collection, Art Gallery of Western Australia. The presentation at PICA is a partnership of THe Art Gallery of Western Australia, the Perth International Arts Festival and the Perth Institute of COntemporary Art.
