Janine McAullay Bott b. 1951

Noongar bush sculptor based in Perth who works with a range of natural materials to create roughly hewn figures of animals, people, domestic objects and vessels. Her work is dedicated to visualising and honouring Noongar culture. McAullay Bott won the 2009 Wandjuk Marika three-dimensional Memorial Award at the 26th Telstra National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art Awards.
