Little is known of the watercolourist who painted landscapes of the NSW and Victorian countryside but that they were active in the mid-nineteenth century around Geelong and the Clarence River district in NSW.
watercolourist, painted a view of Corio Bay, Geelong in 1856 (photograph ML). Another Victorian work is in the National Library, while a watercolour of the Clarence River district (NSW) with the same initials and dated 1865 is in Schaeffer House, headquarters of the Clarence River Historical Society, Grafton (NSW).
