An Adelaide-born painter and printmaker whose exhibitions such as ‘Land of Promises’, ‘All Our Working Lives’, ‘We Helped Build Australia’, ‘A Bitter Song’, ‘Shoulder to Shoulder’ and ‘Ripping Up the Tracks’ have been identified as benchmarks for both community cultural development and for the development of multicultural arts within Australia. Hill’s work has also included theatre design, exhibition curation and arts writing.
painter, printmaker, editor and designer, was born in Adelaide on 27 March 1952. His Trade Union prints were included in the exhibition 'All Our Working Lives’ (Adelaide 1983). He has also worked with Aboriginal and Community groups.
