Betty Grounds is a designer active in fashion and interiors. Grounds was a partner in Zara Holt's fashion boutique, Melbourne from 1948. On one documented occasion, she was a furniture designer for an interior commission for the Club Building, ICI ANZ, Deer Park, Victoria. The ICI ANZ club was designed by Grounds, Romberg and Boyd, Architects. Betty Grounds was the wife of the architect Roy Grounds.
