Late 20th century Sydney newspaper caricaturist, comic strip artist and illustrator. Koglan conributed to the Sydney Morning Herald and the Sun-Herald in the early 1990s and his work includes the strip 'Thin Ice'.

caricaturist, comic strip artist and illustrator, was contributing to the Sydney Morning Herald (1989-1991) and Sun-Herald (1993) when he won Bulletin/Stanley awards in the early 1990s. He drew a cartoon for the 1991 'Quit’ campaign (original ML PxD 672/16). An undated cartoon done for the Bulletin is at ML PXD 739, presumably c.1980s. Kogler drew the 1990s strip 'Thin Ice’ in the Sun-Herald .
