Clewin Harcourt b.1870 in Victoria, originally trained as an artist but later went on to design flutes.
Harcourt studied with Fredrick McCubbin and Arthur Streeton at the National Gallery Art School in Melbourne.
Examples of Harcourts work are collected at the Powerhouse Museum.
