cartoonist, drew cartoons for the Gadfly in 1907 when, aged 17, he was living in Melbourne, e.g. The Critic. [2 men in evening dress at art exhibition: “Jove! old chap, that looks nice. What is it?”/ “Oh, that’s a pastel.”/ “Ah, now you mention it, I can recognize his style.”] (ill. Lindesay 1979, 139). Also contributed to the Bulletin (in list of Bulletin artists, ML).
