Architectural draughtsman who exhibited paintings with the West Australian Society of Arts in 1896. He worked for the Public Works from 1895-1898, when he was retrenched, and in 1903 when he again worked for the Public Works. His residence was 16 Parkes Street, Perth, Western Australia.
