Kahli Luttrell is a young Yorta Yorta (Victoria) woman based in Melbourne who works in the media of painting, digital printing and mixed media.

In 2008 she was shortlisted for her work Life , in the Victorian Indigenous Art Awards. In her artist statement in the Awards catalogue, Luttrell described her work as “a celebration of life and surrounding nature. The energy and bright colours in the work represent our busy world.”
Luttrell lives and works in Melbourne.
