painter and printmaker, was born in Cologne and came to Australia from West Germany in 1955 when she was already an accomplished printmaker who had received prizes in her homeland for her prints. Her colour lithograph Fruit Still Life 1953 was acquired by the Art Gallery of South Australia in 1958. She has also worked in oil and tempera and etching.
