Wigg was active in music (Adelaide Conservatorium) and painting (training with Ingrid Erns), holding several exhibitions, including one at the Walkerville Gallery in 1963. Her works, often focusing on landscapes, included churches in coastal locations like Goolwa and Parsons Beach. Her daughter recalls in an interview she continued her painting into her 90's.
