cartoonist, contributed at least one cartoon to the Bulletin in 1910 signed 'Pearl Esson/ Melb’. Her Melbourne’s Pleasure Gardens depicts a very tall and a very short man tossing a coin to decide between visiting Gordon’s statue and the zoo.
