Pip Shea is media researcher, designer, artist and educator. Shea has participated in artist residencies at the Banff Centre for the Arts (Canada), Electrofringe Festival (Newcastle), and the Next Wave Festival (Melbourne); has been a participating artist at the 2009 International Symposium of Electronic Art (Belfast), the Light In Winter Festival (Melbourne), the Melbourne Festival, 2009 Creative Sydney Festival; was a speaker at the 2008 Alfred Deakin Innovation Lectures; and, makes art with boat-people.org.


Shea has also worked extensively across visual and interaction design projects for various clients including the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and EMI Records.
