Reinis Zusters OAM was born in Odessa, Ukraine, on 15 October 1918; arrived in Australia in 1950 and died in Wentworth Falls, NSW, 8 October 1999. A prolific artist in oils, whose work is widely represented in Australia and overseas. He produced many large landscapes, including triptychs of the Blue Mountains.
