Theatrical designer. Crafter apparently signed three costume designs for the 1896 pantomine 'Matsa' that were exhibited in McCulloch's 1984 Victorian sesquicentenary exhibition celebrating the history of art and theatre in Victoria.

Theatrical designer, apparently signed three costume designs in McCulloch’s 1984 sesquicentenary exhibition, including one for the pantomime Matsa although most of its costumes seem to have been designed by Will R. Barnes . McCulloch states that nothing is known of Crafter.
