Sarah Jones, Artist, Curator, Writer was awarded the Italian Arts Residency award to travel to Italy in 2012 to undertake an internship at the noted contemporary artspace EX3 in Florence.
Sarah has recently curated projects including Iteration Again, Hobart 2011 under the curatorial direction of David Cross, Massey University SOFA Wellington, NZ; trophywife, Melbourne 2011; Erotographomania, Hobart 2011.
Sarah is a recipient of many fellowships and awards including an Arts Tasmania Assistance to Individuals grant for curatorial research in 2010; the CAST emerging curator mentorship in 2009; and a Janet Holmes a Courts Assistance Grant.
