Uncle Stan Couzens was a Victorian Indigenous artist of Gunditjmara/Kirrae Wurrong heritage. The father of artist Gavin Couzens, examples of Uncle Stan’s works were included in the Couzens Family Exhibition “Ngathook mangnoorroo Watanoo: I come from” at the Bunjilaka Gallery of the Melbourne Museum in 2008.
