Description

The exhibition, Regurgitated, features 35 posters and paintings from 35 years of Zoates’s performing and exhibiting in the streets, squats, cafes, clubs and theatres of Sydney, a splatter-gun of artistic output that captures not only the city’s fragrant underbelly but his rich panorama of preoccupations and neuroses – homelessness, gay rights, his fear of nuclear war and serial killers.
