Born in 1931 of the Anmatyerre tribe, Topsy is the sister of Don Morton. her country is Yuelamu and she paints Honey Ant, and the Women Dreaming story for her father’s country, which is the same as Frank Japanangka’s. She lives in Mt Allan and is one of the senior women of that community.
