Wiradjuri painter, Veronica Collins began working with acrylics on canvas in the 1990s and now works with mixed media (including sand) on canvas board. Her works used geometric shapes that speak of the Dreaming stories of her people.

Her first Sydney solo exhibition, Our Miah Clarkus was at Hogarth Galleries, Sydney in 2007 and in the accompanying documentation Collins says that “through my paintings, I hope to keep story telling alive. My Paintings engage the viewer to come with me on my journey”.
