artist, son of John Furlong and Anne, née Line, was living in Punt Road, Richmond, Victoria, in 1861 when he died aged sixty-eight. He was buried in the Roman Catholic section of the Melbourne General Cemetery on 13 August and his profession was stated as artist in the burial records.
