William J. Kelly b. 1943

Kelly came to Australia as a Fulbright scholar. He has worked in many media including drawing, painting, printmaking, theatre design, film and environmental projects. From 1975 until 1981, when he retired to become an artist full-time, Kelly was Dean of Art at the Victorian College of Art.
