Archie Moore is a Brisbane based multi-media artist who in 2001 won the Samstag International Visual Arts Scholorship.

    After the Queensland Art Gallery (established in 1895 but in its current premises since 1982) expanded its modern collection and exhibitions into a new building, the Gallery of Modern Art, in 2006, the institution renamed itself as Queensland Art Gallery/Gallery of Modern Art, or QAGOMA.
