Commercial artist and painter who was born in Eygpt and served in the American armed forces before migrating from United States of America to Perth in 1948.

He exhibited an oil painting, Morning Moon, with the Perth Society of Artists in 1950 and The Oil-Can Church in 1952. He was also represented in the Festival of Perth art exhibition in 1953. In 1963 he was one of the artists in 'Artists From the West’ at the Museum of Modern Art and Design in Melbourne.

Voudouris taught commercial illustration to the evening part-time classes at Perth Technical College from 1969-1981. He was also a highly respected freelance commercial artist.
